Lee Ann Levesque brings over 25 years of experience in sales and property management to Coldwell Banker Sunstar/Morris Realty, Inc. She graduated with an Associate Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management. She has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Sales Associate in New Hampshire and a Sales Associate in Florida. Additional certifications such as Public Housing Manager, Para-Legal Law and Graduate Real Estate Institute have added to her expertise. Lee Ann was the co-owner of a rental property management company in New Hampshire prior to relocating to Florida. She heads a department of seven licensed Property Managers for Coldwell Banker Sunstar/Morris Realty, Inc. as Director of Property Management. |

He lived in California from 1996-2004, where he worked in the transportation/delivery industry. He moved to Bradenton in 2004, and later built a home in the Port Charlotte area.
